Our PDL2 ramp has hundreds of hours testing on the Ski-doo 850 high elevation and SUMMIT models as well as MXZ 600R. Our SUmmit kit is spot-on offering 5-10 mph more track speed than the early release and brings the rpm down on the 2021 so it pulls much harder. Buy some tune-able ramps and clutch your own or try our kit. It's perfect for guys wanting more track speed, better backshift, cooler clutch temps, and consistent rpm. by the way you don't need a big weight with a fat belly to make your turbo fly- It just slows down backshift and has no advantage at all but everyobody needs something to sell ! Fluctutating RPM and over rev without a hard pull is the biggest complaint we hear and these PDL2 ramps allow you to tune that out of your turbo. HRSS-PDM2 series weights for Arctic Cats with Team BOSS clutches are now available in 2 base weights and fully adjustable and tuneable to sleds with 300 hp. Our weights are machined from 4130 chromoly steel that is heat treated, and then electroless nickel plated for the the strongest and finest weight in the business. We then use I-glide German made bushings for zero bushing failures and a 25% closer tolerance on the axle for more precise weight travel as it goes through its cycles. Our shift curve is different than any stock ramp. It loads the motor harder and then aggressively upshifts for quicker acceleration while maintaining good top mph with a lower full shift profile. Our ramps squeeze the belt harder, sooner and softer at engagement than the twitchy stock ramps. The HRSS-PDL2, PDM2, & PDM2H all have the same shift curve. We have reduced belt temps significantly with our weights in every application with more precise rpm control in more diverse conditions than the OEM style weights. The HRSS-PDM2 ramp with a weight from 73-92 grams works really well for low elevation apllications. Our HRSS PD2 series weights create a shift curve that puts more HP to the track than any of the oem style weights can. Our Arctic Cat Boss weights offer super smooth engagement with the same famous aggressive ramp profile with quick upshift offering more track horsepower than conventional/ typical Arctic Cat weight profiles. We have a deeper final shift curve which creates more load and tack speed /mph at full shift. We offer 2 base weights with the lighter PDL 2best suited for 800 mountain sleds and high elevation, and the heavier PDM2 for 800 & 900 turbo trail or lake race sleds. All of our weights sets include 3 weights and also include a set of epoxy magnets for adjusting weight and are either nickel plated or Black Oxy coated to prevent corrosion.
