The Hot Rod Sled Shop clutch kit for the 2021-2023 Polaris SWITCHBACK ASSAULT & KHAOS 146" 850 PATRIOT MODELS is available now. Our kit is calibrated for for146" track lengths with taller lug tracks up to 2.6 " lug heights.. Our kit has much quicker acceleration (3 sleds lengths) and faster backshift for instant on/off throttle response. We spent a lot of time developing this kit and you will be impressed. The engagement is low but with explosive throttle response when hammered down. Our kit includes primary spring, secondary spring, HRSS adjustable clutch weights and our custom machined Team TSS04 2 track helix. Our kit is tuneable for those intending further power mods like pipes, y-pipes, or other power adders. Our helix is a two track version with full progressive angles and can be set for trail riding or deep snow offtrail. The HRSS 2 track helix requires the smaller TEAM TSS04 rollers which are included in this kit. Specify sea-level or high elevation at checkout- the difference in the kit is the helix angles. Instructions are included for high and low elevation adjustments of helix setting and magnet placement in the weights. .
