This kit accelerates incredibly hard and still has great backshift--much quicker throttle to track response than a stock sled. We are offering a lake race kit and a trail kit. Our trail kits are adjustable from stock sleds to 235hp tunes with stock or JAWS pipes by simply changing our magnet weights. Our Fast Trail Kits for 2024-25 SLEDS WILL HAVE OUR PDT SERIES OF WEIGHTS, AND LAKE RACE KITS HAVE A NEW PDM3 HEAVY SERIES WEIGHT FOR BIG HP TUNES AND FLAT LAKE RACING UP TO 278HP! Our PDT series of weights backshift faster and have more rpm at any given clutch shift point than our PDM weights which gives the trail turbo KITS tremendous throttle response and finger to track connection! The lake race kit has a different helix and the PDM3 weights as we are able to run more helix angle and much more ramp weight for lake racing as there is much less snow/track load or friction to the system. If you are 80% trail riding get the FAST TRAIL kit. The lake race kit is for pounding the throttle wide open from the starting line AND PULLS HARDER UP TOP! The engagement on both kits is 3400-3500 RPM and grabs the belt harder for less slip and heat. The holeshot button still works with our kits but hang on for dear life! Our kit works with the stock 571 , Gboost WBB383, and the XS Ultimax belts . Our kit will put several sled lengths on a stock sled while back shifting much faster to increase the fun factor from corner to corner trail blasting as well! The kit will be available for stock horsepower and our HRSS flashes to 278 horsepower. Our HRSS PD series of weights are 4130 billet chromoly steel, hardened, and plated, and adjust quickly via magnets. KIts will incude adjustable clutch weights, progressive helix, primary spring, and H5 secondary spring. Very detailed instructions provided for stock, Jaws pipe, and combos of the HRSS tunes to 278 hp.
