HOT ROD SLED SHOP CLUTCH KIT FOR ARCTIC CAT ZR,XF, RIOT 2018-2021 TRAIL SLEDS. This kit includes H5 primary & secondary springs, HRSS PDM2 clutch weights, and CAN BE PURCHASED WITH OR WITHOUT THE HELIX AND WITH A TORSIONAL SECONDARY CONVERSION FOR LAKE RACING (lake racers expect 2-3 more sled lengths with the torsional and helix on hardpack and ice ). This kit engages at stock rpm yet delivers power to the track smoother and quicker than stock weights. You will have faster acceleration and better on/off throttle reponse with this kit, and expect several sled lengths on your buddies in the field. We have this setup tuned really well for the stock or JAWS pipe which adds about 10hp to your stock 2018-2022 CAT. Our HRSS-PDM series weights Arctic Cats with Team BOSS clutches are now available in 2 base weights and fully adjustable and tuneable to sleds with 300 hp. Our weights are machined from 4130 chromoly steel that is heat treated, and then electroless nickel plated for the the strongest and finest weight in the business. We then use I-glide German made bushings for zero bushing failures and a 25% closer tolerance on the axle for more precise weight travel as it goes through its cycles. Our shift curve is different than any stock ramp. It loads the motor harder and then aggressively upshifts for quicker acceleration while maintaining good top mph with a lower full shift profile. Our ramps squeeze the belt harder, sooner and softer at engagement than the twitchy stock ramps. The HRSS-PDL2 with a weight from 62-73 grams was designed for high altitude applications and has the same shift curve as our PDM2. We have reduced belt temps significantly with our weights in every application with more precise rpm control in more diverse conditions than the OEM style weights. The HRSS-PDM2 ramp with a weight from 73-92 grams works really well for low elevation apllicatios.
