HOT ROD SLED SHOP has developed a pipe mod for the Ski-doo 850 ETEC 2107 - 2024 models both trail and Summit with the stock pipe that makes 7-9 HP with a very broad power band. We modify your stock pipe so your pipe must be sent to us for this modification. 2 independent dyno's verified the power gain, and we are stating this number on the low side. The pipe mod requires a little fuel so the HRSS stage 1 850 ETEC fuel mod is required. The pipe mod retains use of the stock Ski-doo y-pipe. We have field tested to 1500 feet WOT pulls in very heavy snow and have ridden normal trail on /off corner to corner style riding and it really pulls hard. We have also tested at 8000 feet elevation in the deep pow on a Summit with great results. We are not squeezing the stinger down. If you want this done you need to send your stock pipe to the shop in a well packed box. DO NOT MURDER YOUR STOCK PIPE SHIELD- LET US DO IT -IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE THE SHIELDS APART OR GRIND THE OVERBENT LIP AND MAKE A MESS WE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR FIXING THE PIPE SHIELDS. We will return it in the same box. The pipe will com with a new end donut. The stock heat shields go back on (you can send yours without the heat shields and we will send the pipe back with rivets and washers to put them back on also). A stage 1.5 fuel mod will be sent with the pipe for an additional $99.99- so total will be around $425 plus shipping back to you. Include your name , address and EMAIL ( email is critical ) with your pipe in the box. We will send an invoice to your email when the pipe is completed which has a payment link with the email. Turn around is 2-3 days at this time. Clutch kits are available for this setup or add some weight to your stock clutching in most cases.
