Ski-doo 800R ETEC 2 Stage Head Machining

We offer machining for the 800R ETEC cylinder head to optimize squish and compression. We tighten the squish area and add volume back by machining into the dome area. A 5-7 hp gain is possible with head machining with ignition timing adjustments. We also have machining for both pump and race gas applications. Please call for assistance in determining what your requirements are. At times we have heads on an exchange basis to limit down time.
