These ported engines have been run for an 3 seasons to ensure reliability and pump gas performance not big "flash" hp numbers that don't go down the trail without race gas. These are the hard dyno numbers coming from Dynotech Research November 27, 2018 with New York pump gas with ethanol. Yes they have been dyno'ed at other facilities with higher numbers (190HP) but this is the "premier" dyno that we go to compare our numbers to other sleds with the same mods also run there, and the published numbers of stock sleds for fair comparison.

PEAK HP ON BOTH WAS 8100 RPM AND THE BROAD TORQUE CURVE MAKES IT EASY TO CLUTCH. THE JAWS PIPE SETUP IS SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR THE PORTED PACKAGE.
This price includes trail porting only. We recommend Vforce reeds for maximum power. we have fueling options also as fuel will need to be added depending on the level of hp you want. 2 STAGE Head machining is required for optimum performance and is $179. Some gaskets will be required (base, cylinder O-rings, rave, etc.). All items can be purchased and will ship back with your cylinder. We require cylinder, and rave assemblies, and some information like squish and base gasket thickness when you take it apart.
